FLAME Award Winner- Kim Reneau

Congratulations to our latest FLAME award winner, Kim Reneau! Kim, an MRI tech, was nominated by a co-worker who witnessed the compassionate care a patient recently received from Kim while at Fort Sanders Regional. The patient had previously explained to staff that MRIs were challenging for them. They went on to say that Kim was very attentive and empathetic in helping them get through the MRI. “Kim has a gift of empathy and is able to connect with her patients,” Her co-worker said. Kim is a two-time recipient of the FLAME Award and we are proud to have her on our team!
