FLAME Award Winner- Cindy Blazanovic

Congratulations to our latest FLAME winner, Cindy Blazanovic! Cindy, a health unit coordinator in day surgery, was nominated by a fellow co-worker for continually “going above and beyond” for her patients. Recently, a patient was extremely anxious during their visit to day surgery. Her nominator said, “Cindy sat on the side of the stretcher and took the time to talk to the patient about their pets, and the patient loved the time that Cindy spent with them.” Kindness goes a long way, and we appreciate Cindy’s commitment to excellence in care!
