Why did you decide to go into your specialty?

I’ve always had a passion for helping people, and nursing seemed like a career where I could apply that. I didn’t really know what specialty I wanted to work in when I first started, but I’m so glad I accepted a position in women’s services. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

What do you enjoy most about working at Fort Sanders Regional?

I love working with my amazing team of clinical staff and physicians to provide the best outcomes for our mothers and babies.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, being outdoors and singing.
